Scouts from the troop bring their equipment to church to do a mass scanning of old pictures:

• scanning thousands of pictures
• cropping
• putting them into catagories
• burning CD's

Ongoing - 18 hours - 4 people

• Scouts volunteer to take pictures home to scan and burn CD copies on their family equipment.
• Church webmaster transfers digital copies of pictures of the parish for the last 5 years.

• Final assembly of pictures
• Burning of CD sets
• Distribution of copies to:

  • The church library
  • Incarnation School
  • The Archdiocese of Los Angeles Archives
  • City of Glendale Library
  • Glendale Historical Society
