Troop 101 Tours Edwards Air Force Base
By Jackson T.,
Troop Historian
Awesome! That's the best way to describe a Stealth Bomber flying silently overhead.
Incarnation Boy Scout Troop 101 recently got to see Stealth Bombers - and plenty more - while attending the annual air show at Edwards Air Force Base. The troop toured several plane hangers as part of the show, which featured a variety of aircraft performing aerial stunts and maneuvers. Pilot Chuck Yeager, the first person to break the sound barrier, was on hand to wave to the crowd from his plane on the runway.
In all, it was an exciting day, and the scouts enjoyed every moment of the show. We spent the rest of our weekend camping at Saddleback Butte Park.

We camped at the Saddleback Butte State Park in Lancaster.
